Liposomal Retinaldehyde (Retinal)

Liposomal Retinaldehyde, or Retinal, is the direct precursor of Vitamin A with high efficacy and excellent tolerance. It acts through its renewing action on the skin's superficial layers. It has a natural origin, produced and extracted through biofermentation processes of Halobacterium salinarum. Recognized for its activity in accelerating cell renewal and its properties against photoaging, hyperpigmentation, and acne control, it provides various benefits that improve the overall appearance of the skin:

  • Improves signs of skin aging.
  • Enhances elasticity and firmness by stimulating the natural production of collagen and elastin and improving hydration.
  • Attenuates pigmentation and evens out the tone.
  • Improves the appearance of oily skin: with antibacterial and sebum-regulating activity, it reduces acne formation and improves the tone's appearance.

Glycolic Acid

Alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) of short chain and very low molecular weight. Also known as fruit acid, it is derived from sugar cane, grapes, beets, and pineapples. In low concentrations, it has moisturizing properties. At higher concentrations, it is a potent exfoliant, stimulating the cell renewal cycle. Therefore, it is often used in acne treatments and to smooth superficial wrinkles.

Niacinamide

Vitamin B3, with sebum-regulating and anti-inflammatory properties, is widely used in combination, oily, and acne-prone skin. It also has depigmenting and antioxidant properties, improving the appearance of signs of skin aging and photoaging.

Hyaluronic Acid

A component of the skin's connective tissue and a substance with great moisturizing, revitalizing, and regulation power of transdermal water loss.

Boswellia Serrata Extract

Also known as Indian Frankincense, it is widely used in Ayurvedic medicine. It has anti-inflammatory and soothing activity and is used in formulations to prevent irritations, even in sensitive skin.

Biosaccharides I and II

Anionic polysaccharide obtained by fermentation of plant substrates. It contains L-fucose, D-galactose, galacturonic acid, glucuronic acid, and ramnose, with softening, moisturizing, and anti-inflammatory properties.
